ISP was started as a result of the passion I have for creating things custom-car related. And also my not being able to afford to pay someone else to do it! I take great pride in having been able to do most of my customizing myself and have much respect for everyone in the hobby that does the same. There is so much satisfaction to be had seeing something one has put so much time and effort into come to fruition and to hear people comment and offer praise for a job well done! However, not everyone has the ability or may not have an unlimited budget to do some things themselves. So I offer my services, at a competitive and affordable rate, so that you: the customer, the hobbyist, the enthusiast, can realize and enjoy your vision without breaking the bank. I am very flexible on costs and very willing to deal. Wheeling and dealing is a big part of the automotive hobby and doesn't stop here. To be honest, ISP is my side business as I have a normal, 40-hour-a-week job. I'm not paying the mortgage or supporting my family off of this income...only my addiction to making cars cool! Therefore, I am able to be competitive in ways many other businesses cannot. No quoted price is ever set in stone and rest assured, the first price quoted to you will be fair! If you find a lower price elsewhere, let me know and I'll see what I can do. It's tough to bicker over price on custom stuff though as you may not be dealing with the same end quality and workmanship between bidders. Of course, I cannot afford to "give" things away either but sometimes you may be pleasantly surprised!
Being a side job, it is important for my prospective customers to also understand that this is the reason a customer may attempt to contact me by phone and get sent to voicemail as I likely am unable to take your call. This does not affect my ability to provide a customer with excellent service as I make my customers a very high priority. This minor inconvenience is well worth it's small price! If this is the case with you, it is very important to leave your contact information and a brief description of what you were inquiring about when calling. I have caller ID and I don't blindly return calls without some idea of what the person on the other end wanted. If I am available at the time, I don't normally answer the phone if I don't know who is calling. I absolutely hate telemarketers, refuse to deal with them, and respect others wishes if they choose to do the same. I am not one and will never be one. I know it's probably not good business practice and costly in sales in the long run but oh well! Honestly, email is the absolute best way to contact me. We each have a written record of what you want and the prices quoted. And I have an ever-present reminder to get the job done in a timely manner!
My ultimate goal is to develop strong relationships with my customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction and to provide you with a "one-stop shop" for all of your graphics needs. I am at the beginning stages of becoming that "one-stop shop" and realize that without you, the customer, the stages will never progress and my business will never grow. That is why I will try to do whatever I can to make you satisfied and to feel taken care of.
